Introducing the Lynx Apollo Moon Buggy
One of the greatest things ever accomplished by mankind was landing a man on the moon. Not only did man walk on the moon, he hit a golf ball and even drove around on the moon. The original moon buggy is still on the moon's surface since there was no way to bring it back to Earth. But now, there is a new moon buggy.
Created by a health and beauty company that makes deodorants and hair products similar to Axe body spray, Lynx has built a moon buggy that is completely drivable. Powered by a four cylinder Volkswagen engine, the moon buggy isn't rocket fast, but is good for cruising around. With the addition of lights and indicators, you can drive this on the road.
Right now, Lynx is using the Moon Buggy as a sales promotion. There is no word yet on whether the Moon Buggy will be sold to the public, but it would be fun driving around in a moon buggy dressed like an astronaut. Lynx is also holding a contest for anyone who wants to win a trip to space. That sounds like a fun day.
