Bugatti Celebrates it's Legends with Six Special Edition Veyrons

 

Over the last decade or so, Bugatti has only been making one car; the Veyron. But back in the 1930's, Bugatti was making many more cars. Not only were they making more cars, they were also racing them. Bugatti will be celebrating six key figures who helped shape Bugatti into what it is today.

 

The first legend to be honored is race car driver Jean-Pierre Wimille, who won the 24 Hours of Le Mans twice driving a Bugatti 57G Tank. The outside is coated in light blue clear carbon fiber and light blue paint. The interior is also a light blue color to symbolize the color of the cars Jean-Pierre drove in Le Mans.

 

There is no word yet as to how much the special edition Grand Sport will cost, most likely in the $2-3 million range. There's also no word on who the next five legends will be honored. Chances are, it's either mostly race car drivers or someone who worked at Bugatti. At least all the cars will come as convertibles, so don't wear a hat or you will lose it at around 200 mph. Also, don't go in if you have long hair because chances are you will be leaving looking like someone from the 1980's.
