Introducing the VUHL 05

 

When most people think of things that are made in Mexico, they think of things that are cheap and made by someone who was asleep halfway through making it. But the people at VUHL (or Vehicles for Ultra High Performance and Lightweight) believe they can make a track day car that will be highly competitive to the Ariel Atom and KTM X-Bow.

 

With a body made entirely of plastic and powered by a 285 hp EcoBoost engine, this car is sure to make driving on the track very exciting. The performance figures give further proof into this excitement. This will get from 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds and on to a top speed of 152 mph.

 

Prices will begin at $84,000, but will only be coming to the UK next year. Looks like the U.S. and Europe will have to wait a few more years until the 05 comes along.
