Top 4 Weirdest Microcars

Back in the 1960's, small cars were a huge hit. From the original Mini to the original Fiat 500, many people went to buying small cars mostly to save on rising fuel costs. Today, it seems that small cars are making a comeback. From the modern Fiat 500 to the introduction of BMW's i8 to debut next year, more people are going back to small cars for the same reason they did back in the 60's. With all these new small cars, we have yet to see any weird small cars that make you completely unattractive. Take these four cars for example.

Outspan Orange - Like the Wiener Mobile, this was made to promote oranges. Unfortunately, it was incredibly unstable and liked to roll if turned too hard.

BMW Isetta - Known as the Bubble Car, this little two-seater seemed like the best city car. Too bad it was incredibly cramped for two people. Plus, if you parked in front of something, you couldn't get out because the door opens in the front.

Peel P50 - Known in the Guinness World Records as the smallest car ever made, this could carry you and maybe your knapsack. It was incredibly slow, uncomfortable, and made you look like an idiot on the road.
Peel Trident - The sports version of the Peel P50. This wasn't much faster and looked even weirder. At least you now got to feel what it would be like to drive a car like George Jetson.
