Introducing the Nissan BladeGlider
When Nissan introduced the DeltaWing, it showed a revolution in the car world by having a car body that both reduced drag for better aerodynamics and generated more downforce for better grip. Now, Nissan is looking at possibly creating a sports car version that may actually go on sale.
Known as the BladeGlider, the body has the same features as the DeltaWing, except for the giant wing. It also has some scary looking doors that when open look almost like a bat in flight. Inside, there is a cross between a track car and a jet. The driver sits in the middle while two brave passengers sit in the back just behind the driver. 
There is no word on what will power this jet for the road, but two electric motors will power each rear wheel. Chances are this will either be a hybrid or an electric vehicle. More info will come out in the next few weeks since Nissan will be debuting this car at the Tokyo Motor Show later this month.
