Saying Goodbye to the Lamborghini Gallardo
After ten years of production, the last ever Gallardo rolled off the factory lines. It was the 14,022 Gallardo and was a special Spyder Performante Edition. When it first came out, no one thought it would be as successful as it was.
The hardtop version, with the tiny V10 instead of the monster V12, felt more like an actual car than a monster tying to kill you. Over the years, a convertible version was offered as well as a much lighter, more powerful Superleggera version. Now, the Gallardo will be replaced with a new model called the Cabrera. It will have the same V10 as the Gallardo and similar looks and features as the Sesto Elemento. Despite being a baby Lambo, the Gallardo still proved that it can still be an insane monster as it's big brothers. Farewell to the Gallardo. It was both mad and successful.
