The Frankfurt Motor Show is only a few days away. Already, we've heard about many different cars that will be making their first public debut. There are also other cars that are being kept a secret until the official day of the auto show. So with all the wide variety of different cars coming to Frankfurt, here are five cars that look to be the most exciting. Of course, most are all concept cars, but we can always hope that they turn into real cars someday. The Frankfurt Motor Show will be held on September 10-22 in Frankfurt, Germany.
Audi Quattro Concept - There have been many cars with the Quattro setup over the years, but none with the Quattro name. This concept marks the 30th anniversary of the original Quattro. It's also rumored to be faster than the Audi R8 V10, despite being a hybrid.
Ferrari 458 Speciale - Even though Ferrari is taking the 458's soul away by trying to be more serious, this still will be a very fast car. This car will have the most powerful V8 engine ever made by Ferrari, so it will probably feel as scary as it looks.
Lexus LF-NX - Sure, it may be one of the ugliest cars I've ever seen, but it may have some potential in the small SUV segment. It will have a hybrid power-train, and the interior will be loaded with luxury features. Not sure if it will be any good to drive, but it will definitely get people noticing you.
Smart Fourjoy - When it comes to Smart cars, they're too small and no fun to drive. Now, Smart has made a four-seater concept that can be either all electric or with a 3-cylinder gas engine. Plus, with no doors and no roof, you get a more breathtaking driving experience.
Toyota Yaris Hybrid-R - At the moment, Toyota's hybrid cars have never been fun to drive. Now, they're looking at bringing in more fun-to-drive cars. Powered by a turbocharged engine and three electric motors, this car develops a total of 300 hp. Only time will tell if this new hybrid is really as fun to drive as Toyota says it is.
